Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

• United States: approximately 5–10 business days
• European Union: approximately 5–12 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days
• Australia: approximately 7–15 business days
• Other international destinations: approximately 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MTDWF cannot control customs clearance procedures or delays caused by local authorities.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
