Shipping Policy

Made to order: Many of our products are made to order. Production starts after you place your order, so please allow time for it to be produced before it ships.

Processing time

We aim to ship every order within 7 business days after the order is placed (Monday�CFriday, excluding public holidays). Orders containing multiple items ship once all items are ready.

Transit time

Transit (delivery) time is separate from processing time and depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
